COMMITMENT STATEMENT AGAINST THE COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESNNA)
In compliance with Peruvian Law No. 29408 (General Tourism Law), Law No. 30802, and the directives of the Regional Gerency of Foreign Trade and Tourism (GERCETUR) Cusco and MINCETUR, Andina Luxe S.A.C. declares its absolute rejection and zero-tolerance policy against any activity that promotes or facilitates the Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) in the tourism sector.
OUR LEGAL AND ETHICAL COMMITMENT
As a formally registered virtual travel agency, we commit to:
- Ensure all our staff, external collaborators, tour guides, and local suppliers are informed, raise awareness, and receive training to identify, prevent, and report risk situations associated with ESNNA.
- Demand our suppliers and commercial allies (hotels, transport companies, restaurants) strictly adhere to code of conduct and comply with Peruvian child protection regulations.
- Actively inform our clients and foreign tourists about the child protection laws currently in force in Peruvian territory.
LEGAL WARNING (Law No. 28251): In Peru, facilitating, promoting, intermediating, or exercising the commercial sexual exploitation of children and adolescents is a serious felony punished with prison sentences ranging from 25 years up to life imprisonment.
