1. General Cancellation Conditions
Given the exclusive nature of our curated itineraries, which involve non-refundable advance bookings of luxury boutique hotels, first-class train tickets (Hiram Bingham), and restricted access to Machu Picchu, cancellations are subject to penalties.
2. Applicable Penalties
- Cancellations more than 60 days in advance: 80% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations between 30 and 59 days in advance: 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations less than 30 days in advance: No refund applies (100% penalty).
3. Refund Request
